Ten films and a builders cut of one, two trailers, two 15 second spots, six FAQ shorts and a logo sting, made overnight on the local fleet, plus the character itself: the cursor orb you picked, in your preferred flat style and its 3D twin. Every film has a 16:9 and a 9:16 cut. Nothing here is published anywhere else. Masters live on epyc in ~/src/glm-motion/theio-films/deliver/.
The eyes are blinking text cursors (the I). The body is a smoked-glass orb with an ember rim (the O). The hands are the brackets from the wordmark. In the films it is drawn live by code, so it stays exactly on model in every frame.

Each loop is seamless, about 250 KB as WebM with alpha, with ProRes 4444 masters for editing.
I can't hear audio. Music was chosen and cut by its measured structure (beat grids, drops), and every sound effect is synthesized and timed to picture. Loudness is measured at about -14 LUFS with true peak under -1 dBTP, but nobody has listened to these mixes yet.
Copy. On-screen lines come from the site wherever possible. A few short connecting lines and the sample card data (PO numbers, "Lot 12", "Upload by Friday") are mine and illustrative; each is a one-line change. deliver/COPY.md lists every on-screen line by film, marked site, brand, label or mine.
Brand rules held. No prices, model names, client names, outcome numbers or approval framing. Only live channels (its app, Slack, email). Buildertrend named only, with the not-affiliated line on that film's end card.
Where each could go. deliver/WHERE.md suggests a home for every piece, with a post line built from the site's own wording. A final QA sweep passed all masters (deliver/QA.txt).
More ideas are sketched in deliver/IDEAS.md, and everything can be re-rendered or re-cut from theio-films/dev/ (see deliver/README.md).
